Get Healthy 4 All
Begin a Better You Now!
So here’s my experience with this book. When I first came across Boost Your Bust, I thought it would be like those “get bigger boobs” products you’d see in the back of Cosmo. But I was wrong: it had a lot of customers and positive reviews, so I decided to check it out. The first good thing about Boost Your Bustis that it cost just $37 which was pennies compared to other breast enhancement treatments, and didn’t involve surgery or gimmicky products. Plus there’s a 60-day money back guarantee. I was barely a B cup (band size 34), and could stand to have a little more in the chest, so why not.
I learned a few new things after downloading and reading the e-book:
1. There are foods we can eat to increase breast tissue growth
2. There are certain herbs and supplements that can increase breast size
3. There are exercises to improve breast size and strength
Jenny Bolton, the author, has a free 10-page primer on natural methods for breast enhancement but Boost Your Bust is more thorough, in-depth and has an actual program.
Both books explain that estrogen is the key to breast size, but the thing about the free e-book is that it ONLY tells you what you need to get. It doesn’t tell you when and how much of it you need for it to be super effective. The good side ¡s that you don’t need to get any costly proprietary products, it’s all stuff you can buy at your local health food or vitamin store.
So anyway, I got started right away on the program listed in Boost Your Bust. I took my bust measurement at the beginning of the month (about 36 inches) right before I started. I went out and bought what I needed and I stuck exactly to the methods in the book for 4 whole weeks. There’s a few different things to do including exercises, and it doesn’t take a whole lot of time out of your day, so it was pretty easy to stick to.
I checked with the tape measure 1 month later, and astoundingly, I had gained a little over 1 inch on my bust measurement. (I thought my bra was getting a little more snug.) To make sure it wasn’t just me gaining weight I checked the scale. My weight was normal, so clearly there’s something to this program... I decided to continue on with it.
About 2 months into the program, I decided it was time to check the tape measure again. It was sort of like I woke up one morning and said “hey, my cups are running over a bit,” like a muffin top but for a bra. I think they call it quad-boob, haha. Anyway, I measured again. The tape said it was 1 inch more than before. My total band size was almost 39 inches. Whoa, that’s a D cup. There’s more “heft,” more volume, and my bust really compliments my figure compared to before. I was ecstatic. Since then, I slowed down on the Boost Your Bust program because I’m happy with my new size. As they say “too much of a good thing”.. Otherwise, I have to say, yes, Boost Your Bust works as advertised!
