Get Healthy 4 All
Begin a Better You Now!
Beauty of Food is a comprehensive guide showing its readers how women like you are “turning back the clock, on face, hands and neck without using pricey creams or products.” Hanan a natural beauty consultant outlines that ALL women are beautiful and fabulous. She teaches people how foods for beautiful skin and hair are near enough in everybody’s home kitchen and are the essential ingredients to getting these results.
Hanan explains that most of these beauty foods for younger-looking skin and hair often work better than pricey cosmetic creams as many contain some of these ingredients but are mixed and diluted with chemicals and man-made products.
Hanan an Iraqi, native credits these ideas to her Mother where they derived from Persian Middle Eastern practices providing the ‘best’ beauty foods for enhancing natural beauty. The Beauty of Food explains that there are two ways to use foods that make you beautiful: one is to eat the food and the second is to apply the ingredients to your skin or hair.
PROS
It’s a very easy and enjoying read to say the least. Hanan really has a nice writing style and her experience as a natural beauty consultant and experiences in Iraq to her journeying to the USA was very inspiring.
She provides over 7 different ways for each segment: hair, skin, eye care and nails showing you ‘ways to make facial masks,’ ‘beauty secrets to brushing your hair,’ and ‘Stand-out Foods for Anti-Wrinkle/Anti-Aging Beauty Enhancement’ just to mention a few I pulled out from the guide. She leaves no stone un-turned.
The guide I believe will apply to anyone, from race to even gender as I know more men are interested in natural ‘handsomeness’ enhancement today hehe!
All the ingredients used are natural and share the same properties that we even ourselves are made out of, which increase its validity and safety.
It’s completely different from ANYTHING you have ever read in this field. Hanan really stands out from all those beauty experts out there; her methods are very different yet are backed with logically proven reasoning which separates her from the crowd.
Cons
Just like every product and book we have ever reviewed, nothing is perfect and the major flaw we noticed after reading Rachel’s guide:
Unlike creams and manufactured products in stores, a lot of Hanan’s techniques will require you to learn how to mix these remedies from scratch and have you needing to put a little time in to the initial mix. Although she shows you how to step by step.

Conclusion
If you want to know the food for beautiful hair, skin, eyes and nails Hanan’s Beauty of Food is the best none fluff guide on exactly how you can achieve this that I have come across. Hanan, the author has a very inspiring story behind the development of this e-book as a natural beauty consultant. The guide is packed from start to finish on unorthodox techniques to enhance the beauty within you that I can share with women closest to me or even use for myself. If you are currently in need of a cheaper option to your pricey beauty creams, this guide will offer you a way out, providing you the food for beautiful skin and hair.
